All our coaches at TallTrees are certified through the International Coaching Federation and have extensive experience working with healthcare leaders to maximize their potential and meet their personal and professional goals.
Leadership coaching in healthcare is about making an intentional investment in yourself and your leadership. Our coaches engage with you through exploratory conversations that support the discovery of greater clarity for personal and professional growth. We offer tailored coaching services and packages for individuals and teams.
Available funding

Coaching for teams
In healthcare, nothing is accomplished without a team behind it.
This can create extraordinary results but can also come with significant challenges. Ultimately, when healthcare teams are not working together effectively, it significantly impacts the patient/client level.
Team coaching helps you understand more clearly what is helping and hindering results. By focusing on sustainable solutions, team coaching can help to create and build team relationships, collaborative behaviours, communication processes, and other drivers of team success.
How it works
Our team coaches have earned the designation of Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach. They are skilled at creating psychologically safe environments for honest and productive conversations and actions among healthcare teams.

Leadership Mentoring Program
If you’re building a career in healthcare leadership, having access to an experienced mentor can help you hone your skills and expand your leadership capacities much quicker than you could without professional support.
Our Leadership Mentoring Program partners you with one of our select mentor coaches who bring VP, SVP, and other senior clinical leadership experience from some of the most prominent regional health authorities in North America.

If you decide to work with us moving forward, you and your coach will create a plan and schedule your sessions as needed.
