Bruce H. Swan

Bruce coaches individuals and teams to grow personally and professionally. For him, coaching is a powerful partnership where learning, growth and transformation takes place. With over thirty years Senior Executive experience and 15 years experience operating his own coaching business, Bruce has seen first hand how coaching can help leaders of all kinds identify the path they need to take in order to guide their team to success and fulfillment.

In his practice, Bruce prides himself on his calming presence and ability to listen and meet clients where they’re without judgement. He views his clients as partners and works with them collaboratively to build a plan for their organizations and move forward. As part of his work, Bruce regularly stands in for senior leaders when they need a break. He is inspired by conversations with frontline staff at those workplaces, hearing over and over again that they want a leader who leads from the heart and who has a vision for the future of the business.

Bruce is a Professional Certified Coach with an undergraduate degree in Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration and Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching. He is also a qualified coach and facilitator of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Capabilities Framework through the Canadian College of Health Leaders and LEADS Canada.

When he’s not working, Bruce loves to spend quality time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys getting outside to walk, cycle and take time to breathe in the fresh air. He’s also an avid antique car buff and enjoys collecting and driving as a hobby.
