Carol has the expertise and the passion for working with others to help them achieve their full potential in leadership roles, or in moving through transitions, in both their personal and professional lives. Her depth of knowledge and skill in coaching and leadership development allows her to connect with people in an engaging and powerful way. She believes that everyone has the potential to reach their goals. Her interest is firmly planted in supporting and empowering those who work in the health care field.
Carol brings over three decades of healthcare experience and in her diverse senior leadership roles has led teams to implement innovative health programs and services across Alberta. During her tenure in health care, her roles and accountability spanned all areas of the continuum of care. This has given her breadth of skill and experience working with all levels of leaders and managers in very dynamic and complex situations.
Currently, Carol works with individuals who want to make a change to improve their performance, find the next career opportunity, create the change in a program or service that will improve quality of care, or influence others to create a positive and productive work environment. She works with emerging and senior leaders and teams in healthcare organizations of all sizes. Her clients say that she understands the healthcare environment, and “gets” the language and culture. She is known for her facilitative approach, astute insight, and knowledgeable perspective. She skillfully partners with her clients to move them to purposeful action and success.
Carol and her husband enjoy hiking in the Canadian Rockies and travelling internationally.
