Leadership Between the Lines

TallTrees Leadership coaches Leah Wuitschik and Rosa Edinga invite you to join Leadership Between the Lines, a group coaching session for mid-level healthcare leaders who want to make an impact on others through effective leadership practice.
Leadership Between the Lines will help you bridge the gap between thinking and doing so you can turn proven leadership theory into practical skills and actions.
Details:
Program Duration: One 90 minute session every two weeks
Dates: September 14th - November 23rd 2023, 10:30am-12:00 pm MST
Program format: Virtual via Zoom
Group size: Maximum 12 participants
Available add-ons: For participants who wish to go deeper with their insight and learning, they can engage in three 1:1 coaching sessions with either Leah or Rosa. This is a great opportunity to take your learning from the group coaching sessions and intentionally invest in taking your leadership to a higher level.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for mid-level healthcare leaders, including supervisors, managers and administrators. If you have direct reports, need to make decisions on behalf of a team and/or have responsibilities that impact others in your workplace, you will benefit from this program. Not sure if this is you? What you’ll accomplish during the program:
- Understand the “10 truths” of leadership from The Truth About Leadership: The No-Fads, Heart-Of-The-Matter Facts You Need To Know by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner (bestselling authors of The Leadership Challenge) and how to apply them to your own work as a healthcare leader.
- Meet other like-minded mid-level leaders who have similar goals and experiences.
- Engage in candid conversations about your experience with healthcare leadership in a safe space facilitated by two highly experienced certified leadership coaches.
- Set achievable goals for yourself and take advantage of built-in accountability systems.
- Learn tangible skills to help you turn leadership theory into an actionable plan to become the leader you’ve always wanted to work for.
Pricing
Regular program fee: $1,145 + GST for the program, including six 90-minute sessions and all necessary course materials
For current and previous TallTrees Leadership clients: $845 + GST, including six 90-minute sessions and all necessary course materials
Three-session coaching package add-on: $695 + GST
Available Funding
