Announcing our new partnership with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology

We are thrilled to share that we have developed a unique partnership with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to deliver leadership learning opportunities, as developed by LEADS Canada, for healthcare organizations based in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories.
The LEADS in a Caring Environment leadership capabilities framework has quickly become the leadership framework of choice for healthcare organizations across Canada. LEADS is becoming the common leadership language across all levels and roles within organizations, contributing to health system transformation.
These learning opportunities are ideal for those who want to assume broader leadership responsibilities and have a desire to enhance their capacity to tackle the complex challenges facing their organization or health system. The workshops provide practical skills in effective decision-making processes, in influencing and inspiring others to execute plans, and creating and managing organizational change.
With LEADS being broadly adopted and integrated in health organizations across Canada, the 2014-2016 LEADS Impact Study explored the uptake of LEADS in five organizations to identify individual organizational and system applications and impact.
